Brooks Chartered Surveyors Commercial Property specialists located in Bath have been established for over 20 years. Although our primary area of activities is centred on the City of Bath, which we know extremely well, we work throughout the South of England and in Wales. 

Because of our base in this World Heritage City we have day to day involvement with the sensitivities of dealing with centuries old listed buildings in the context of the modern business world.

Our involvement with property valuation and with building survey takes us throughout the region. We have an established clientele among an impressive list of lending organisations and public and private companies.

The two directions of the Company have, between them, sixty years of experience in the disposal, acquisition, surveying, project management and valuation of property.

The Company commenced trading in 1983. We purchased our current building in 1987 and became a partnership in 1990. Our current complement including directors is three Chartered Surveyors, one Architectural Draftsman and secretarial and accountancy support. In 2004 we became a Limited Company, currently with two Directors.
